We make each item to last. But things happen and we understand it is not always your fault. If your item needs a little TLC or there is a problem with mechanism itself, then get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do what we can to get it fixed and back to you.
Standard Returns and Exchanges
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it! However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have 30 days to send it back to us.
Unless it's faulty, if you do decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn and unwashed.
How to return:
- Please email us your order number, item reference and the reason you want to return it.
- Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
- We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. Unfortunately we will only be able to refund items that have been physically received.

Europe - £4.95 (3-5 working days. All orders are delivered by DHL tracked.)
UK and International - £14.95 (All international orders are shipped using DHL and are guaranteed to be with you within 7-12 days, although often they arrive much sooner.)
Rest of World (incl. North America and Australia) - £19.95
